Year 7 entry and application form

Applications are now warmly invited for entry into Year 7 September 2009 and beyond.

If you would like to apply for a place for your child at Christ's Hospital in Year 7 for September 2009, please send in your completed application form now.

In July 2008, you will be issued with the Initial Assessment pack and YOUR closing date for the return of all the necessary documentation to complete your child's application to sit our assessments.

Admission at Age 11 (Year 7)
Children enter Christ's Hospital in September having completed Year 6 of their primary education.

Parents must complete and return the application and methods of entry forms which can be obtained from the Admissions Office by telephoning 01403 211293. These forms can also be downloaded from the website here.

There are a number of methods of entry to Christ's Hospital and many of these have an historic origin.

We will advise you which method of entry is applicable for your child after receiving your completed application and methods of entry forms.
