Corporate, Business and Livery Company Support
The support of Companies, Businesses, Livery Companies, Organisations and Groups both large and small is vital to Christ’s Hospital. We value their support and help which has ensured that we provide the best possible education to the children in our care.
Recent research shows that out of all the European countries, Britain has the lowest levels of social mobility between the generations. Furthermore, the expansion of higher education since the late 1980s has so far disproportionately benefited those from more affluent backgrounds. By providing children with a stable and supportive boarding environment, not only can they achieve their full potential, but through the rich diversity of activities and experiences Christ’s Hospital offers, they can also flourish socially and creatively.
The problems of a skills shortage is very high on the local and national agenda and the Corporate Donation Governorship Scheme is a unique way in which Christ’s Hospital can work with the corporate sector to try to narrow the skills gap. The scheme is a unique opportunity for you as an employer to help us develop the next generation of scientists, engineers, musicians, business leaders and entrepreneurs – whatever their circumstances or background.
