Boarding School MusicTo celebrate the 450th anniversary of the School, this CD was recorded by the famous Band and impressive Chapel Choir. Much of the background music heard on Rock School is featured on this CD: from rousing marches performed daily by the Band as the school marches to lunch to the huge hymns and school anthems sung weekly in Chapel. Christ's Hospital Celebrates is testament to the skill and commitment of so many of the pupils at this unique institution.

REQUIEM IN BLUE by HARVEY BROUGH

Requiem in Blue is an amazing amalgam of classical, jazz, blues and folk styles that combine to give voice to an outpouring of deep emotion. This recording is a professional, studio production of the piece first performed by Christ's Hospital to rave reviews at the Barbican concert in 2003 to mark the 450th anniversary. The performers include Schola Cantorum, jazz and classical vocalists, senior members of the Junior Girls' Choir and some fine jazz instrumentalists as well as Harvey Brough himself on guitar.

Christ's Hospital MusicMake More Sail is a cantate celebrating the signals used by Nelson at the Battle of Trafalgar 200 years ago. The work features some fantastic and exciting choruses, poignant solos and duets for Nelson and Emma Hamilton and some really catchy numbers. The solos are sung by two senior Christ's Hospital pupils, Nick Pritchard and Hannah O'Reilly and the accompanying by the Royal Marines Band is incredibly professional.
