With an annual budget in excess of £30million, an endowment of £360million, over 400 staff and 900 pupils, Christ’s Hospital is a large and complex organisation.

The School now seeks an ambitious Chief Operating Officer to drive the operational, financial and commercial strategy of an organisation at the forefront of the social mobility agenda. He or she will have first-class communication and relationship-building skills with a strong sense of team and the capacity to work effectively with numerous stakeholders. Applications are encouraged from candidates with commercial, educational, charitable and public-sector backgrounds. An authentic commitment to the mission of Christ’s Hospital is essential, inherent in this will be a commitment to social mobility and a belief in the power of education to transform lives.
