Based in Horsham, Christ’s Hospital is a unique co-educational boarding school and charitable Foundation, which provides first class education for over 900 children from all backgrounds, supported by over 400 members of staff. 

We have a vacancy for a first class, experienced PA to support the Chief Operating Officer and the Headmaster’s PA to ensure the smooth running of the office.  The role also includes the management of protocol and ceremonial events of Christ’s Hospital.

The successful candidate will be required to provide flexible, reliable, professional, tactful, confidential, efficient and effective administrative support. Good attention to detail, the ability to take accurate minutes and excellent written communication skills are essential.  Experience of managing complex events to a tight schedule desirable.

This role is full time (35 hours per week), term time plus four weeks during the school holidays (a total of 37 weeks per year).
