Full time 40 hrs per week
Reporting to the Building Maintenance Manager, you will be time served and City & Guilds (or equivalent) qualified, with experience of both domestic and larger commercial operations. Previous experience in working in a school, college or hospital environment is desirable.
Participation in our emergency call-out rota is an absolute requirement; currently this is one weekly duty period in every six, although you may be asked to assist at other times as need arises.
Salary up to £28,609.00 plus an on- call allowance of £1,165.00. Uniform is provided
