Up to £28,609 p.a.
Reporting to the Building Maintenance Manager, you will be time served and City & Guilds (or equivalent) qualified, with experience of both domestic and larger commercial operations. Previous experience in working in a school, college or hospital environment is desirable. A clean driving licence is essential. Uniform is provided.
Hours of work are 8:00 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. You will also be expected to join the emergency call-out rota, for which an additional allowance of £1,165 p.a. is payable. Currently this is one weekly duty period in every six; although you may be asked to assist at other times as need arises.
