Appointment of Graduate/Undergraduate Sports Assistant

£12,735 p.a. (Live-in) to start September 2018

Based in Horsham, Christ’s Hospital is a unique co-educational boarding school and charitable Foundation, which provides first class education for over 880 children from all backgrounds, supported by over 400 members of staff.  We are now looking to recruit a versatile graduate or undergraduate to join its Sports Department on a one-year placement from 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2019, to assist with Sports Coaching and Physical Education.

The successful candidate will be able to coach at least two of the following at a high level: Rugby, Hockey, Football, Netball, Cricket, Athletics, and Tennis. Experience in Strength & Conditioning would be an advantage.   A positive approach to all sports, the ability to work in a team and a willingness to participate fully in the broader life of this busy boarding community is essential. The successful candidate will be required to undertake one evening duty in a boarding house each week. 

The post is residential and single person accommodation is available. Heating, lighting and all meals during term-time will be provided as part of the package.
