Anonymous reporting is available, though we encourage including your name and email for direct, but confidential, communication with the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Department. Please be aware that the information shared in this report may also be disclosed to relevant school authorities involved in any subsequent investigation or resolution process.
