Apprenticeship Insight Afternoon

On 25 October, a group of our DG (Year 12) students had the exciting opportunity to attend an Apprenticeship Insight Afternoon at Goldman Sachs in London.

The afternoon showcased the variety of opportunities at Goldman Sachs, focusing specifically on apprenticeships. Students learned more about Goldman Sachs, their apprenticeship programmes and the recruitment process. They also heard directly from business representatives, recruiters and current apprentices through interactive sessions and networking. It was a great opportunity for students not only to understand more about apprenticeships, but also to upskill and build confidence ahead of submitting their applications.

I found learning about the wide range of career paths available within the company very useful and appreciated the advice from Toto on building essential skills. It provided a great perspective on what the apprenticeship involves, and it was inspiring to hear from professionals (and an Old Blue) who started their journeys at Goldman Sachs!’
