Students and staff at Christ’s Hospital are celebrating another year of exceptional GCSE results – a proud moment for the whole school community. With over 1,450 entries across a broad curriculum, the results reflect not only academic excellence but also the resilience and determination of our students, many of whom have overcome significant challenges.

Highlights include:

  • Over 500 grades at Level 8 or 9
  • 36% of all grades at Level 9–8, with more than half of those at Level 9
  • Almost 60% of grades at Level 7 or above, and three quarters at Level 6 or above
  • Nearly two thirds of students achieved at least five Level 7 grades or higher
  • 23 students achieved an average grade of Level 8 or above
  • An overall pass rate of 95%

As recent leaver Vieran reflected: ‘What stands out about CH is the environment. It seems nurturing and supportive. Other schools feel more pressured to be the best, but here it’s more about being your best, which I really value.’

Matthew Judd, incoming Head, added: ‘These results are a credit to the resilience, ambition and hard work of our students. They have risen to every challenge and should be immensely proud of what they’ve achieved.’

We wish all our Year 11 students the very best as they embark on their sixth form studies and continue to grow as confident, capable and compassionate young people.

Congratulations to all on a remarkable set of results.
