Inua Ellams Inspires Students with the Power of Storytelling

On 10 March, all year groups were treated to a fascinating Ridley Lecture by cross-disciplinary artist Inua Ellams.

An internationally touring performer, poet, playwright, screenwriter, graphic artist and designer, Ellams shared insights into his wide-ranging creative work and explored the power of stories in everyday spaces, from barber shops to stage and page.

Students were inspired by his reflections on narrative, identity, and the ways art can shape and connect communities.
