Issue with web event booking confirmations and donation receipts
We are currently experiencing difficulties with our automated web booking/donation email confirmation and receipts system.
Please be assured all bookings and donations are still being received as normal.
If money has been taken from your account this means your event booking has been successful. All donations will be followed up with a manually generated confirmation email.
For event bookings (including those with no cost) Old Blues can also check our attendee lists for their name at https://www.christs-hospital.org.uk/old-blues/events/event-attendee-lists/ (unless you have advised us you wish to be excluded), these are updated every two to three days.
We are working hard to get this issue resolved as soon as possible, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
