Submitted by Louise Shepherd (Daughter)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Atkins, who left us peacefully on Monday, 29th July 2024, at the age of 79, surrounded by his loving family. Robert was a devoted father to his two daughters, Louise and Kate, and a proud grandfather to six grandchildren, with one great-grandchild on the way.
A proud Old Blue, Robert often reminisced fondly about his school days and cherished watching videos of the band, reliving those special moments. His love for the memories and the people he shared them with was evident in every story he told.
Robert’s legacy of love, pride, and fond memories will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
He will be deeply missed.
