Old Blues Day 2022 – Celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee 

On Saturday 21st May we invite you and your families to join us for a Platinum Old Blues Day, where will be continuing the Queen’s Jubilee celebrations at Christ’s Hospital.

The day will include the usual favourite features such as Band Parade, a Chapel service, the CH Museum, and our giant lawn games. There will be a Jubilee picnic lunch in Court Room and a Regal Ramble to Sharpenhurst Hill available to book in advance (picnic lunch example – self-service finger sandwiches, savoury bites, mini cake, crisps and a cold drink). Food and drink will also be available to purchase from our Stately Snack stall, Platinum Pizza vendor and Courtly Ice-Cream van.

Registration for the day and booking for lunch and the ramble are now available and whilst it is not compulsory to register in advance, it does help us with organisation, staffing and security if we have an idea of how many people will be on site.

So dig out the Union Jack flags, don the tiaras and bring the family for a Platinum day out somewhere a little bit different!
