About Our Fundraising
Our Fundraising Promise
Christ’s Hospital is reliant on donations to continue its work. We are committed to working in a transparent, ethical, responsible and honest way. As such, we are a member of the Fundraising Regulator and adhere to the Regulator’s Code of Practice.
As part of our fundraising activity we undertake in-house research and we may also carry out wealth screening. This research helps us to tailor our communications more effectively. If you would prefer us not to use your data in this way, please contact us using the details below.
Recent Past Appeals
Giving Tuesday 2021 – Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving celebrated on Tuesday 30th November. This past November, the CH community raised over £40,000 for the Additional Costs Fund which supports families in exceptional financial need. The ACF is essential in helping to fund travel costs, house funds, school trips, sports uniform and other basic additional costs.
Covid-19 Hardship Appeal – Our Covid-19 Hardship appeal helped us provide families with more than £300,000 in support as well as weekly food vouchers, access to mobile data and IT support during the pandemic.
Bright Futures – The money raised from our Bright Futures Appeal has gone towards creating 18 more bursary places to ensure more children have the life changing opportunity of a CH education. We had a target of raising £1.5 million, but with help of our generous supporters, we were able to raise £1.6 million for brighter futures.
