The Very Hungry Caterpillar

Well done to Marie-Ange (Third Form/Year 8) who has written and illustrated a Mandarin version of the much-loved children’s book The Very Hungry Caterpillar, complete with cut-out pages!

This was a fun, voluntary piece of homework for the Christmas holidays, but pupils were asked to interpret just a small part of the book; Marie-Ange went above and beyond in producing the whole thing so beautifully.

She is being rewarded for her efforts with a distinction, which will be awarded in person by Mr Simon Reid, Head Teacher of Christ’s Hospital.
