Personal Assistant to the Deputy Heads
We have a vacancy for a first class, experienced PA to support our two Deputy Heads and ensure their office runs smoothly.
You will be required to provide a flexible, reliable, professional, tactful, confidential, efficient and effective administrative support throughout the year. Good attention to detail, the ability to take accurate minutes and excellent written communication skills are essential. The post holder has direct management responsibility for the prioritisation and workload of the Administrator to the Senior Leadership Team. This role operates year-round and leave may only be taken outside of term–time.
You should be able to cope with periodic peaks in workload, stay calm under pressure and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Successful applicants will have a good general standard of education, excellent Microsoft Office skills, have experience of working in a similar environment.
