Based in the Support Services offices the Helpdesk Administrator works with colleagues to administer the processes through which our large estates team facilitate the smooth running of the site – buildings, grounds and domestic accommodation.

Applicants must have good IT and administration skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work well with others in the team and with colleagues at differing levels in the organisation.

The working pattern is Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week starting at 7:30am and a 4/4:30pm finish.
