Hockey Coach

Required for Michaelmas Term 2022

Salary: £24.77 per hour

Christ’s Hospital is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivational individual with a passion for Hockey. The candidate will be highly motivated and fully prepared to undertake the demands of working in a unique co-educational boarding school, existing to provide a first-class education to children from all backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise within hockey, a formal Level 2 qualification is desirable as is the ability to umpire the sport along with experience of working with children.

The School has two artificial surface floodlit hockey pitches. As Hockey Coach you will work closely with the Director of Hockey in providing high quality coaching and you will be given responsibility for a team. The successful candidate will work up to 14 hours per week (days to be agreed with the Director of Hockey), term time only, for the 12 week Michaelmas term (05 September – 10 December 2022). This includes Saturday working.
