Applications are invited for this busy full-time post, which is integral to supporting the smooth running of our HR department.

The role is varied and flexible. You will be required to work as part of the team on different aspects of the work, but you will also be working on your own while managing your administrative responsibilities so will need to be self-motivated and able to effectively organise your own workload.  An HR Administrator role is a great way to get into a career in HR as it gives exposure to a wide range of issues both within HR as well as across the School.  The School will consider supporting the successful candidate to achieving CIPD qualifications as appropriate.  The ideal candidate will be proactive and professional who can demonstrate administrative experience.

The successful applicant will be personable, efficient, organised and versatile with experience in a fast moving and complex environment. Excellent IT skills are required, especially Excel and Word and experience of working with databases is an advantage.  Candidates must be personable, professional and able to work flexibly with others.

This is a permanent, full time (35 hours per week), year round position, though some flexibility may be available on working hours and/or working weeks per year for the right candidate.  Full time salary c. £25,000 per annum depending on experience.  Applicants should evidence in their personal statement how they how they meet the requirements of the role and person specification.
