Christ’s Hospital Library seeks to support the mission of the school through access to transformational resources for its pupils. We are currently recruiting for a Library and Learning Resource Manager (Parental Leave) with effect from October 2022 for up to a year. Located on the top floor of the new, purpose-built Language and Resource Centre (LARC), this modern and well-resourced facility houses the school’s main lending collection of printed resources, supporting both curricular subjects and extra-curricular interests.
Applicants should evidence in their personal statement how they how they meet the requirements of the role and person specification. The successful applicant will be suitably qualified and capable, with an enthusiasm for providing first-class service and building a supportive and encouraging culture in the Library.
Current working hours are an average of 45.5 hours per week in term time (33 weeks per year) plus up to three days at the end of each term/start of the new term
