Medical Centre Administrator/Receptionist
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our friendly Medical Centre team from the end of August 2021 on a part time basis (Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 13.00, Term Time only).
Playing a key role in the School Health Centre, you will be expected to assist the Medical Centre Co-ordinator with the efficient running of the administration of the Medical Centre. You will staff the reception desk, support management of the patient database and ensure the patient electronic files are kept up to date. You will also provide an effective and efficient administrative service within the Medical Centre.
You should be able to cope with periodic peaks in workload, stay calm under pressure and work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Successful applicants will have a good general standard of education, excellent Microsoft Office skills have experience of working in an administrative setting either in a school or medical environment and have experience of managing an active reception.
