Teacher of MFL (French and German) – parental leave cover

Required for September 2022 for up to one year to cover parental leave, a well-qualified and enthusiastic Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages for our dynamic, diverse and unique School. This post offers the opportunity to teach in a thriving, well-resourced department and would suit someone with a strong teaching background, a new graduate or NQT interested to develop their career.

We are looking for applications from language teachers who can teach both French and German to at least KS3.  Full participation in the broader life of this busy boarding community is essential and accommodation may be available.

Applicants should evidence in the personal statement how they meet the requirements of the role and person specification. Salary is commensurate with experience and paid in accordance with the Christs’ Hospital Teachers’ Salary scale which currently ranges from £26,874 – £41,620 per annum.  Full participation in the broader life of this busy boarding community is essential and accommodation on site may be available.
