PA to Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

Full time (37.5 hours a week), term time plus 4 weeks (37 weeks per year)

FTE salary c £30,000 per annum (actual salary c. £22,000)

Reporting to the Assistant Heads Academic and Pastoral, you will provide comprehensive personal assistant, secretarial and administrative support to two members of the SLT and provide cover for the PA to the Deputy Heads in her absence. You will be required to work in a highly efficient, proactive and confidential manner.

Previous experience of administration in a fast moving environment and/or working at PA level is essential.  You are likely to hold a relevant Business Administration qualification at level 3 or equivalent and be able to type accurately at speed. You will be proficient in using MS Office and some knowledge of databases e.g. iSAMS is desirable.
