Salary based on Band 6 AfC (FTE c. £36,500, actual c. £28,300)

We require a Registered Nurse to join a small, friendly team of school nurses, housekeepers and administrative staff. Our school Medical Centre is operational 24 hours per day, 7 days a week during term time and generally staff work a mixture of day and night shifts.

The successful candidate will work a full time shift pattern of 46 hours per week, on a rota which includes overnight and weekends in term time. Work includes caring for pupils in our in-patient unit, taking daily surgeries and being available to give health advice to the pupils.

Flexibility, good communication skills and the confidence to work unsupervised are essential.  Applicants must be able to evidence their RGN qualification and current NMC Registration.  RN Child is desirable.
