School Office Administrator (Attendance)

Actual Salary £11,035.52 (based on a FTE of £20,884.50)

Applications are invited for the role of Administrator (Attendance) to join our team in the School Office.

The role reports to the Senior School Office Administrator. Main duties will include overseeing daily attendance as well as other administrative duties as required.

This part-time post involves good organizational and office skills as the job will require a competent level of IT proficiency using our MIS system, responding to basic email and phone enquiries from the school staff, pupils, parents and the public.

Working hours will be 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday with a thirty minute lunch break (unpaid), during term time only.  The role will also require work on a rotational basis on a Saturday morning from 8.30am to 12.30pm, approximately 2-3 times per term.
