Reporting to the HR Manager you will be expected to provide support in all areas of day to day human resource activity with a particular emphasis on employee recruitment, employee development and employee relations, supporting line managers to manage their teams.

You will hold a CIPD or equivalent qualification and have a sound background of HR practice, with a focus on best practice recruitment and case management. With excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, an organised yet flexible approach, you will work as part of the HR team delivering high quality HR interventions.  Membership of the CIPD, while ideal, is not essential.

This is a permanent, full time (35 hours per week) position, though some flexibility may be available on working hours and/or working weeks per year for the right candidate.  FTE salary c. £35,000 depending on qualifications and experience
