Christ’s Hospital has pioneered social mobility and challenged social inequality to provide an unrivalled start in life for disadvantaged children for nearly five centuries. As economic and social inequality continue to grow in the UK, Christ’s Hospital’s mission is ever more relevant.

We have a vacancy for a full time teacher of Mathematics with effect from September 2022 or earlier if the right candidate is available sooner.

The successful applicant will be a well-qualified and capable graduate with an enthusiasm for the teaching of Mathematics in a large co-educational boarding school.  Innovation, flair and vision will be highly valued, as will the ability to inspire pupils both in and out of the classroom.

Applicants should evidence in the personal statement how they how the meet the requirements of the role and person specification. Salary is commensurate with experience and paid in accordance with the Christs’ Hospital Teachers’ Salary scale.

Full participation in the broader life of this busy boarding community is essential and accommodation on site may be available.

Completed applications must be received by the closing date below. We prefer to receive completed applications by email to hr@christs-hospital.org.uk. We cannot accept CVs unless accompanied by a completed application form.
