China Exchange Speaker

On Monday 18 November, we welcomed Freya Aitken-Turff, the CEO of China Exchange, to give a talk on the subject of ‘Mandarin Segments – Bite-sized ways to understand what learning Chinese can do for you’.

The China Exchange team works to curate activities and experiences that offer people the chance to become more curious about China and to present an alternative perspective on Chinese culture.

Freya worked with the pupils to help them understand their motivations for learning Chinese and then connect these with their future ambitions. She also covered the different career paths that learning Chinese opens up to our students.
