Christ’s Hospital offers its amazing facilities to hire and is an outstanding venue for any occasion. Set in 1200 acres of stunning Sussex countryside, with its own railway station which is just one hour’s travelling time from central London it offers something for everyone. With spectacular buildings, extensive grounds, modern meeting facilities and a fully equipped sports centre, this unique venue lends itself to a variety of events.
Christ’s Hospital provides an exclusive venue for events, and our facilities are available to hire to the community and businesses during the school holidays.
Whether it is a gala dinner for 200, a wedding for 300 or a residential course for 800, Christ’s Hospital prides itself on providing an outstanding, personalised service to ensure you have a truly memorable experience.
Each of our function rooms are fully licenced and our wood-panelled Court Room is licenced for civil ceremonies.

Christ’s Hospital has a unique blend of traditional function rooms, contemporary catering and friendly staff. Christ’s Hospital is the proud home of three spectacular venues for hire; Big School, Dining Hall and the Court Room.
Our venues border a truly beautiful and picturesque garden quad which is an additional benefit as it can be used for your drinks reception, photos and it even works as a great space for little ones to run around!

Christ’s Hospital is an ideal setting for a variety of events, from a great gala dinner for family and friends to an impressive corporate lunch for 300. Our team of first class chefs can provide catering to suit your event perfectly. Our efficient and friendly waiting team are on hand throughout each event and we can even provide a bar!
