IBM Event

On 11 June,  pupils from Third Form (Year 8) took part in an engaging half-day event with IBM.

Pupils engaged in interactive talks, interviews, exercises and quizzes, led by two IBM consultants. Key topics included learning about the world of cyber security, considering their place in the internet world, working on cryptography and online activities. Pupils asked excellent questions about working in the tech industry and recruitment and were particularly interested in the role of a cyber security agent; they even got to enjoy interviewing six candidates for the role!
