This term, over a hundred Deputy Grecians (Year 12 pupils) completed an intensive Peer Mentor Training Programme.

This involves training pupils to become ‘listening ears’ which helps them to grow emotionally and to recognise that they have the skills to help others. It is a very useful life skill, which they can take forward beyond school. The pupils all receive a personalised certificate, a distinctive yellow wristband (designed to match their yellow socks!) so they can be easily identified around the campus and a sticker for their door to remind other pupils that they are there to help if needed.
